Kansas man sentenced to more than 8 years for child sex crime

MARION – On Thursday, 55-year-old Gary Dwain Williams was sentenced to more than eight years in jail for one count of rape of an individual less than 14 years of age, told Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt. He was summoned to Marion County District Court and was ordered to serve 97.5 months in the Kansas Department of Corrections by Judge Michael Powers. On Tuesday, 46-year-old Kelli Bauer accepted her wrongdoing that she stole thousands of dollars in clothing from area retailers.
